Calvary Chapel Dallas held their ladies retreat at the Lake Texoma Conference Center.  The buildings and the grounds were beautifully situated among the trees and by the lake.

As we drove up to the hotel resort we knew this was not camp.  It reminded us of an elegant manor with its spacious and inviting entrance.

We stayed on the fourth floor with a view of Lake Texoma.

During our quiet times we strolled through the grounds,

enjoying the beauty of God's creation

Some of us found a quiet spot to read and meditate on God's Word. 

The conference rooms   and the dining areas were by these pools that we passed by all during the day.

The retreat, Rivers of Living Waters, started Friday evening. 

Debbie greeted everyone as they came in.

Dee was all smiles, ready to receive all what God had for her.

Denise Coburn opened the retreat, giving special greetings to everyone. 

Then she introduced our speaker, June Hesterley.

Sandy led worship with songs of praise and worship,

  while we lifted our voices and hands in praise to our LORD God.

There was Saturday morning prayer before breakfast,

 morning and afternoon breakouts in addition to sessions by our guest speaker.

We began and ended always with praise and worship in song.
