Just before we got ready to leave for Joyce's, Chris and Cherie told us that they are to be married. Needless to say Nancy and I were more than a little surprised. After a time  of discussion and prayer Nancy and I gave both Chris and Cherie our blessing. Following are a few of the pictures that stood out during the days leading up to the wedding and the wedding itself.

Before we look at the pictures, as Cherie's father, I want to share a few thoughts.

Some 19 years ago I stood by Cherie's Mother during the birth of Cherie and saw yet again the majesty of God's creation when she arrived. How could anything be better than that. Yet as I started putting this page together I now see that God has given to Chris and Cherie the same love that her mother and I share. That love is the love that Christ bestows upon those that base their love and lives on Him. 

As we prepared for the wedding the sisters flew in from all over.
